You may request a refund if the product you received is defective, damaged during transit, or is not the item you ordered. All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a refund, contact us at 03454087567 or asimkiyani@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Opened or used agrochemical products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Damaged or leaking containers must be photographed before return. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund.
Return shipping is covered by Kiyani Traders for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2-3 working days to appear in your account.
The following items are not eligible for refunds: opened or used agrochemical products, products without original packaging, items purchased more than 48 hours ago, and products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the return process. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
